At Forever Framed, each item is uniquely crafted with love and care. Because our magnets are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or there is a mistake in your order.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final.

What we DO cover:

  • Damaged item during transit
  • Incorrect item sent (wrong photo/design)

If you have an issue with your order, please contact us at hello@foreverframed.fr within 7 days of receiving your item.

Kindly include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged/wrong item
  • A short explanation

We’ll respond quickly to resolve it—either with a replacement or full refund, depending on the situation.
